At Scale Acquisition, we are committed to delivering measurable results. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
General Policy
Setup Fee
The setup fee is non-refundable once implementation work has begun. This covers:
AI voice agent customization
Software integration development
Training and onboarding
Quality assurance testing
Monthly Fees
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months or unused services.
Exceptions - When Refunds Apply
Service Failure
If Scale Acquisition fails to answer calls or book appointments due to technical failures on our end for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a prorated refund for the downtime period.
30 Day Performance Guarantee
We offer a 30 Day ROI Guarantee:
If Scale Acquisition does not book at least $1,500 in appointment value within your first 30 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your setup fee
Monthly fees are not included in this guarantee
You must participate in training and provide necessary information promptly to qualify
Cancellation Process
Desired cancellation must be 30 days notice in advanced.

Account holder name
Business name
Reason for cancellation
Final Billing
You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation. No prorated refunds for partial months.
Data Export
Upon cancellation, you have 30 days to export your call recordings and data. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Good Faith Resolution
We ask that you contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating chargebacks.
Chargeback Consequences
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Collection proceedings for disputed amounts
Reporting to credit agencies
Special Circumstances
Force Majeure
No refunds for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, internet outages, third-party failures).
Client Violations
No refunds if termination results from violation of Terms of Service.
Business Closure
If your business permanently closes, contact us to discuss options. Setup fees remain non-refundable.

Invoice number
Date of charge
Detailed explanation
Supporting documentation
Refund requests are processed within 10 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

We may update this Refund Policy. Changes apply to future transactions.
